Amber Maher-Gilbert is the companies founder. She has two professional art degrees from Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston. Amber has surpassed her peers while in college and was awarded early graduation due to her artistic ability and talent in photography, design, interactive media. Amber has worked as a promotion & marketing director for one of the worlds largest non-profit’s creating + producing mullti-million dollar international AD Campaigns, magazines photography and design. She has been responsible for creating photography/videography and promotion for major studio networks such as ABC, NBC, Disney and many other commercial clients. She has also worked in the private + commercial sector advising the creative direction and working directly with the creators of many Emmy Award Winning Television shows.

Amber’s professional photographer resume is very extensive. Her work as been published in ample magazines, newspapers, film festivals and editorial media nationally and internationally on major network television stations and films. She has worked with celebrities clients across the globe on film sets and photographing editorial, event photography as well as weddings. 

Amber founded Silver PIx Studios 10 years ago with the purpose of offering  high-end artistic photography + design services to the mainstream in an ethical professional manner. Due to her exceptional talent, high quality images and her fun creative ideas she is in demand to photograph many events and weddings.

Her company has grown to include other photographers, videographers and designers all whom she has personally selected for their artistic merit, ability to work proficiently while maintaining a cheerful manner. Everyone at the studio are ethical, responsible competent, creative artists. All her staff are leaders in their craft. They have the necessary art education/art degree or training to photograph any event flawlessly. Amber wanted to create a company where exceptional artists could thrive working together as a team and not be starving as an individual.

WHO WE ARE: We are a local photography, videography and design studio. We have two locations. One location is 10 minutes from Boston in Quincy, MA and our production headquarters is in Worcester, MA.

Silver Pix Studios is a local, women-owned photography studio operating since 2001. We are a full-time operating studio in Quincy + Worcester, Massachusetts. Every one of our staff, including the owner is one of the top professionals in their fields. To work at this studio you must have high expectations, must be degreed + have the necessary competency to deliver amazing award winning photography, cinematography and design. Manners are also very important. We are the shadows at any wedding or event and are always unobtrusive. This is your wedding day and we make it very important to tell your story in all our imagery even with the little details of the day, we capture the story which can only be seen through an artists perspective.  We will blow you away with our creativeness, our high quality images, friendliness and five star quality of service.
